Bu doğrultuda servis sürücülerimize, güvenli sürücü seçimi için önemli bir kriter olan Psikoteknik Değerlendirme Testi uygulamasını ilk kez 2001 yılında başlattık. Bu testler sayesinde sürücülerimizin zihinsel ve fiziksel yeterlilikleri detaylı şekilde değerlendirilir.
Psikoteknik değerlendirme sürecinde sürücünün dikkat düzeyi, muhakeme becerisi, hız ve mesafe algısı, görüş açısı, koordinasyon yeteneği, tepki kalitesi ve hızı gibi birçok önemli kriter ölçülür. Ayrıca görsel süreklilik, takistoskopik trafik algısı, sürekli dikkat ve problem çözme becerileri de değerlendirme kapsamına alınır. Böylece sürücülerimizin trafikte güvenli, kontrollü ve bilinçli hareket edebilmesi hedeflenir.
